CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We have our own institute COFVI where visually challenged
students from economically backward section are trained
in perfumery basics for a year. After the training program
the students are placed in industry.
Till date we have been successful in placing approximately
15 students in the perfumery industry.
Dr Renuka Thergaonkar
Renuka has been a part of the Cosmetic world with Mtech and Phd in Cosmetic Technology for more than two decades. She has been through the corridors of Teaching Institutes LAD &Smt RP College, Nagpur, Nikalas Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur and KET’s V. G. Vaze College, Mumbai as Proffesor and Head of Department, Cosmetics and Perfumery along with Consultation for several Small, Medium and Multinational companies. Has won and been on the jury of numerous national and international awards. and helped build brands such as Kaliome, Gravitale, Nomarks etc amongst others.
Her passion for Cosmetics and Perfumes extends beyond formulation to research .Which can be seen in the form of few patents and several published papers in national and international journals. She is also on editorial board of several journals.
Being a known figure in Indian cosmetic industry she is on panel of several Government commitees like BIS, Flavour & Fragrance Committee of India, Board of studies of Sandeep Univerty, K J Somaiya College etc. She is also the Secretary of Indian Society of Cosmetic Chemists and a Life member of OTAI west zone.
In 2011, she started COFVI (College of Fragrance for Visually impaired). It was born out of a belief that each individual with Visual imparity has a special gift of smelling which if channelised properly can be a good source of income. Today more then 30 visully challenged students are working in the industry.
Renuka believes India now needs to take a forefront in research in global cosmetic and perfumery field . Almost everything from personal and homecare need to be redesigned as per sustainable needs.

Academically B.A. Economics – MBA in Sales and Commercial Marketing (Spain) – Post Graduation in Perfumery & Cosmetics Management. Presented few research papers and has won in few competitions too. Also received Best Student award & Rank 1 in academics. Assistant and / or partner to Dr Renuka in many for her research and patents from 2012.
Ms Rashmin Momin
B.Sc Biotech, Post Graduate Diploma in Perfumery & Cosmetics Management, 4 years experience
Like most girls, Rashmin loves playing around and trying out new hair and skin care products and fragrances. Personal interests, however, are more on the flip side; she loves creating these products more than anything else with a smile.
After graduating from Mumbai University in Biotechnology in 2010, an urge for a more creative pursuit propelled her to enrol for a Post Graduation in Perfumery and Cosmetics Management.
It is this love that has kept her motivated, being a part of an expert team that has successfully developed and launched* a range of personal care products for men, women, and children. These include quality and reliable products with sustainable technology.
Th ultimate aim is to make sure that the daily care products that enhance the well-being and be as natural as possible, to let everyone enjoy the benefits of SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL – FREE personal care.
Ms Shriya Thergaonkar

An IHM Mumbai graduate and Ex-Chef at TAJ, has worked dedicatedly for years & gained experience in designing and evaluating food recipes with latest technologies. The passion she has for food creation has resulted in development of innovative food products for the national and international markets.
She is a FSSAI and USFDA consultant for safety in food production.
